Stayed here for the weekend and had pretty much everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the gym was better than I expected. Breakfast got busy, which felt a bit avoidable with more space or timing, but the staff did a good job keeping things moving. Parking was convenient, and the bar downstairs was a nice bonus. I’d happily stay here again.

I don’t know why, but the shower having mould really put me off. The room itself was okay overall, but the bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner

Not gonna lie, it works fine most of the time, but it isn’t always the most stable. I’ve had a few moments where it acted up or didn’t perform as smoothly as I expected.

Our family room was perfectly fine, and the staff were helpful when we needed them, which I appreciated. The main downside was breakfast — it got really crowded, and the options for kids felt a bit limited. For a family-friendly place, I think they should make more effort there. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but a few things could definitely be improved

Booked through claytonhotels.com and check-in was okay, just a bit slower than I’d hoped. There was a small queue and only one person at the desk, so we ended up waiting around 15 minutes. Once we were seen, the staff member was friendly and found our booking without any trouble. Not a bad start overall, just felt like it could’ve been a bit smoother 🙂

I stayed here for one night and, the room was actually bigger than I was expecting. Like, there was enough space for our bags and to move around without constantly bumping into stuff, which was nice. The bathroom was okay too, not amazing or anything, but totally fine. It wasn't perfect, but overall it was comfortable, and yeah, I’d probably stay here again

I ran into a small issue with my order and reached out for help. They got back to me quickly and had everything sorted out much faster than I expected. I really appreciated how clear they were about what was happening and how easy they made the whole process.

Stayed at a Clayton recently the place was well kept. The room felt fresh, the bathroom was clean, and nothing really looked old or worn out. I did notice a few little things that annoyed me, though, nothing major, just small stuff that kept popping up. A bit of noise here and there, a couple of minor things that could’ve been smoother, just those little things, you know? That said, I saw staff fixing small issues around the hotel, which was nice to see. Overall it was clean and comfortable, even if a few small complaints kept coming to mind.

The place had a really nice vibe overall, and I can see why people like it. That said, it did feel crowded at times, though maybe I just went at a busy hour. I’m not sure if it’s always like that, but it made it a little harder to fully relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

I stayed at the Clayton and, i think the bed was probably the best part for me. I’m not sure if I was just extra tired or what, but it felt really comfortable without being too soft.

The pillows were nice too, and the room was quiet enough that I actually slept through the night. That almost never happens to me in hotels, so maybe I got lucky, but I was impressed.

Everything felt clean and fresh, especially the bedding. I’d happily stay again if I needed a proper night’s sleep, though I guess I can’t promise it’ll work that well for everyone

The breakfast was tasty and served nice and hot, which I really appreciated. Even the small things, like the food staying warm on the plate, made it feel fresh and satisfying.

The lift worked fine and the room was easy enough to get to, which was a relief because I was a bit suspicious at first. The place seemed straightforward, and when I asked the staff for help, they actually helped without making it a big deal.

I had to cancel my booking last minute and I was thinking it will be a whole hassle, but it actually was easy. I just used the website and got the confirmation really quick. The refund takes a few days to show back on my card, but I guess that’s normal. Didn’t have to chase anyone or sit on long calls, which was a relief. Happy with how Clayton Hotels handle it.

There was plenty of parking available, which made the whole visit really easy. it’s such a handy perk and definitely something I appreciated.
